1.   Make a check out to Burbank Photography for $13.83

 

2.   Mail the check to Paula MacDougall    464 Flanders Rd.  Mystic, CT  06355

 

3.   When I have 5 of them I will bring him the checks and he will make the copies.

 

4.   I will leave them in the main office at school.  They will be wrapped in paper with your name on it.  I will text you when it is available for pick up.

 

5.   Please attend to this matter as soon as possible.  I do not want this to drag on as it has in the past.
